For those who have offered to help here is what our needs are:

Firstly we have lost the ranch that we rented and operated on. It was burned so thoroughly that it will not be useable or beautiful again for a long time. We need a new home to reestablish our program on. Any horse property or open property in the South Orange County area would be of interest to us.

A small miracle in the devastation was that the only structure left on the property after the fire had passed through was one of our tack sheds. We had thought all of our tack and supplies were lost but much was saved in the end. What we are telling folks who would like to make tack donations is that we did not loose everything but that we had a great need prior to the fire and now that our expenses have increased we will not be able to meet that need for quite some time so tack and supplies will be enthusiastically received.

We have always needed and continue to need financial support to run this program and serve the kids who come to us. We do not charge for the children’s sessions and are funded solely by our founders and supporters. Cash donations and fundraisers will help us heal and grow!

We need physical help and dedicated volunteers. Horse people and others who want to make a difference in the lives of rescued horses and kids. There are many opportunities available.

We have been so touched by the outpouring of concern expressed by so many from our community and beyond. We are grateful for the support and encouragement we have received. Many thanks go to those who are giving of themselves and distributing this information.
